Title: Flesh
Pairing: Rimmer/Lister (implied)
Rating: PG
Disclaimer: I still don't own Red Dwarf, or any of the characters thereof. I make no money from this.
Spoilers: Slight, for Fathers and Suns
Notes: Just a little vignette. I'm behind, as I'm watching with m'colleague [livejournal.com profile] roadstergal, and, well TIMEZONES. :/ And, being the canon-nazi that I am, I can't bring myself to fic until I know exactly how things all fit together. But this ep - well, it called to something my aforementioned partner has oft pointed out. OK, stopping now before the A/N gets longer than the actual fic. FSS. Sorry, this isn't very good. </ Rimmer>

Title: Believing it's Not Butter
Pairing: Ace Rimmer/Lister (implied)
Rating: PG
Disclaimer: I don't own Red Dwarf, or any of the characters thereof. I make no money from this.
Spoilers: Stoke me a Clipper
Notes: For [livejournal.com profile] smaych. Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] roadstergal for the conversation that gave me the idea for the theme. (Still working on Dear John, but I've hit a narrative snag.)

The few, fleeting encounters he’d had with the opposite sex had been fairly enjoyable, in the manner of a cup of hot, strong tea, but all that bumping and grinding and moaning and petting had seemed rather excessive and ridiculous. )

Title: Setting the Scene
Pairing: Rimmer/Lister
Rating: NC-17
Disclaimer: I don't own Red Dwarf, or any of the characters thereof. I make no money from this.
Spoilers: Stoke me a Clipper
Notes: I'm working on Dear John, but I've hit a narrative snag. I offer this as a snack to nibble on meanwhile. Erm... so to speak.

Waves they were; now a dull, comfortable background hum of pleasure, now a rising tide of want, now a cascade of aching need; all of it circling, falling over the edge again and again like herds of angry lemmings. )

Title: Doing it Right
Pairing: Rimmer/Lister
Rating: Mild R
Warnings: masturbation, body image issues, sexuality issues, voyeurism, blatant holography
Notes: Companion piece to [livejournal.com profile] smaych's excellent Craving.

Seeing Rimmer walk around in Lister’s body like a cheap raincoat seemed almost offensive, no matter how irrational that line of thought was. )

If you haven't done the drabble tree thing before, someone posts a drabble (a 100-word ficlet) and then in comments people posts new drabbles, using a line (or part thereof) from the previous drabble in their drabble.

This one is unthemed, I just felt like starting one. The last one we did is here (am searching for other examples to tag as well).

He could never remember who’d reached for whom first. His hand had made contact with Rimmer’s hard-light form, touching his side through that stupid blue jacket; Rimmer’s hand had closed on his shoulder, squeezing hard, and they’d given each other a look of disbelief. This opened up a whole world of things that had previously been impossible.

They’d lost no time in trying out several of those things that night. Drowsing with his arm draped across Rimmer’s bare chest, half-open eyes focused on the silly grin on the hologram’s face, Lister understood: all they’d both needed was a good shag.

Sorry for the ridiculously long wait guys; I'm on vacation in the US right now, and I haven't had a lot of time to write. I'll get the next installment up sooner!

Rimmer knew that face; it was the one you put on when Dad was home, and it was Family Time, and everything had to be right and perfect, and you had to be very careful about everything you said and did. )

How could anyone related to that smegpot be considered a desirable employee, much less an asset valuable enough to be headhunted specifically for a project? )

Notes: [livejournal.com profile] smaych asked me to write a drabble. So I did. Drabbles are 100 words exactly. I don't hold with these new-fangled definitions. *shakes cane at young people today* Also, cats can totally close their ears.

The prompt was: The Rimmer/Lister relationship, as seen by Cat. )

Spoilers: Set between VIII and Back to Earth.
Notes: Last year, I promised the very lovely [livejournal.com profile] sunny_bexster a story. You'll note that it is no longer last year. I got terribly stuck, and it's not exactly what I set out to write, but it is all for her, with much appreciation and love. You're the best, m'dear!

Spoilers: Legion.
Notes: This one's for [livejournal.com profile] smaych - a belated birthday present, and a general "you're awesome"!

He hadn’t wanted to in charge of this, but ever since they’d escaped from Legion’s admittedly comfortable clutches, Rimmer had been acting funny. )

I need to kickstart myself into getting some stuff written, and I thought a drabble tree would be the perfect way to do it. We've had a couple of these here before, but for those who haven't participated before, here's how it works:

Below the cut is a drabble (100 words exactly). Anyone who wants to participate replies to this post with another drabble containing one of the sentences or phrases from the original drabble. The subject line should be the words you took. The next person should continue the trend, stealing a sentence or phrase and beginning their own.

Any particular drabble can be drawn from as many times as you want. If you don't feel like writing 100 words exactly, that's OK. Near-drabbles of approximately 100 words are fine too. It's about having fun, not exact definitions. ;)

Still confused? Here's one we did earlier!

Click here for the first drabble! )

Summary: It's always Rimmer and Lister. Always the same. Except... not quite.

Disclaimer: It's been years, and I still don't own Red Dwarf, or make money off of it. Honest!

Notes: Just a short little vignette fueled by lack of sleep. I promise to produce something more substantial soonish!

Was that what Lister had left reality for; a fake shag with a fake copy of a dimensional alternate of his dead girlfriend? )
