New comm layout

I would just like to point out that queen_fiend is awesome, as she has made us a lovely layout for the comm, and moreover helped me actually implement it when it became woefully apparent that I suck at playing with the layout page! Yay!

Isn't it just? She worked very hard to put it all together, and then when I couldn't actually manage to enable it on here she stepped in and did that as well!
