HELLO.
My name is eebz.
Having not been born when Red Dwarf started, and it finishing before I was old enough to watch it really. I feel a bit out of touch with the whole Red Dwarf experience. However with my obsessive nature, i managed to watch all 8 series and back to earth, lots of the special features etc. in a week. which now seems like it should have been impossible. but i was hooked! I am not new to slash. nor lj.
I have been doing a bit of lurking here for around 2 weeks and i've read most entries involving a good ol' helping of rimmer/lister.
umm. whatelse. i'm rather bad at introducing myself.
i am a "failing" slash writer with my finished fic count amounting to a big fat nothing for quite a while I have many half finished fics and ideas floating around my computer, it's just a case of me finishing any of them.
i am frowned upon as wierd for my love of chris barrie among my friends and family.
but i'm sure that's no problem here.
I'M HAPPY TO BE ABOARD THE SLASHWAGON.

uh. well a few different fandoms.
I'm was supposed to post a part of my Torchwood fic last year but i just cant seem to get it written. (jack/ianto and other parings)
I have a Mighty Boosh one on the go somewhere. (howard/vince)
I have 2 Tomb Raider ones i'm trying to get down onto paper (hillary/bryce)
and there's a RD one aswell, but it's v. v. AU. Not AU as in the sense of different AU characters from within the show, but rimmer/lister, just in a completely random environment. I'm not sure how people will react to it. I like writing AU best cuz I try to keep the characters the same in every sense, just completely move them out of their natural environment. E.g. The torchwood one is not in Cardiff, but in London and the team don't know eachother, and meet eachother along the way.

i have googled the pairing many times and searched on lj, but they seem to be the only person who seems to write it. it seems that people would much rather have lara/hillary *shudder*

andd i have only done booshy RPS. and that was really bad mave! i have much love for mike/dave. especially after the spotting of them going into a toilet cubicle together at the NME awards this time :DDD

Also, you write Mike fic! I love Mike, he doesn't get enough fic time. I only really write RPS for the Boosh too (try to ignore the occasional Bollo/Naboo!). Mike/Dave is cute, but I'd slash him with Julian, Noel, Julian and Noel, Julian and Dave and Noel, Dee even... anyone really ;)

o-o you know for about 2 weeks i only took off my H to shower.
i still wear one if i go out somewhere and around the house.
but not every day cuz it gets in the way.
i just remind people by telling them it's a violation of my hologramatic rights to walk through me.
that and it's smegging annoying.

i went out with my family.
all day.
and wore a H and my mum pretended not to know me and i embarrassed her in a queue for chips because she asked me what i wanted, and i told her i couldn't eat because my hardlight drive was playing up, so i was having to stay in softlight until i could get back to red dwarf to get holly to run diagnostics.
