Triple drabble: "Fire with Fire"

(While definitely not a songfic, it is something I came up with while listening to Kansas earlier today. I tend to write well with music, is all; be kind to me.)
Title: "Fire with Fire"
Rating: R for language
Chars: The Big Four (and some Lister/Rimmer if you turn your head sideways, maybe)
Disclaimer: Property of Grant/Naylor and the BBC. Yet more two-man writing teams who won't let me have a share of the profits!
Background: Takes place after "Rimmerworld" and at the end of "Out of Time," sixth season. My take on what drove Rimmer to what, for him, was drastic action. 300 words.
