Panic mode

Okay please forgive me if this post makes me sound like a technical dolt, but I'm desperate to watch the new episode from the US here and I'm not sure if my computer sucks or I'm doing something wrong.

I installed and registered TunnelBear. I have it running and on. I went to Dave's site where they have the video (http://video.uktv.co.uk/dave/red-dwarf/series-10/episode-1). I click play and all I see is a spinning circle sitting there forever.

Is there something else I need to do to see it? Or am I just out of luck? :(

Try it again in a little while - I think I saw somewhere that the Dave website has been struggling with the demand of all the people who couldn't watch it go out live. Give the servers a chance to recover maybe...

Ah thanks. The trouble is my 6-year-old laptop will randomly crap out on me when doing complicated things like video, so I couldn't tell if it was that or their servers. I reacted a little too strongly, because it's Red Dwarf and everyone says it's great and I want to watch it now! ;)
