Ever since I made the Rimmervid, I've been wanting to make a Krytenvid - I love Kryten! But I only thought of a song yesterday. :p

Not yet. The idea is definitely running around in my head and trying to get out, but I need to spit out a few Tomb Raider ideas that have been running around for longer. :p I'm looking at 1sentence and thinking I should take a gander at it just to get the ideas out.

I noticed that we both have this kind of perverse work ethic going where we don't do drabbles. ;)

Yeah, I know how it is. You know, I laughed when I saw those "so this is what insanity feels like" icons, but dammit if it isn't true!

I do love drabbles, just for the challenge of making a story work within just 100 words (I'm a purist in that way - has to be 100 words exactly). But when it comes to RD I just can't stop! My fics just seem to get longer and longer as I go. Which is fine, but it means they take longer to type up, and considerably longer to edit.

I like drabbles, but I feel like fanfic100 is fanfic100, and drabble100 is drabble100. ;)

I also feel... if someone's going to take the time to read a fic of mine, I want enough to happen in terms of character development or character interaction to make it worth his or her while. It's crazy - after writing even just 10 fics in a given fandom, the characters really do take up a corner of your mind. Sometimes they're doing something, and I start to write about it, and it doesn't lead to anything, and I just feel like yelling at them - "c'mon, guys, give me a little love here!" ;)

Oh yeah, they just won't do as they're told, will they? You have to be firm though. Tell them you just won't write any sex for them if they won't behave. Although sometimes, mine will just start making out for no reason. They're ALIVE, I tell you - ALIVE!

Bryce is always trying to make out with Hillary when the latter is trying to get work done. Rimmer gets in these moods of stewing and trying to decide if he hates Lister or wants to shag him senseless, or both. I tell them to behave, and they just get all snippy.
