I went to nodnoL!

Where I came across this neat little store that sold autographed Red Dwarf & Doctor Who merch. So I bought a mini poster signed by Chris Barrie.

But the funniest thing was in Harrods. Apparently there's a rather interesting brand of refridgerator.

But wait, it comes in striped!:

Heh, a friend of mine went to Spain and sent me a pic of a SMEG refrigerator. I was amused. :) If you watch Curse of the Were-Rabbit, Gromit has a SMUG fridge (and works with Botch tools).

Nice find on the poster!

I was so worried that Wallace and Gromit wouldn't make the transition to film well - but I loved that movie to teeny tiny pieces. The pictures in the opening credits, for cryin' in the night!

I've heard that smeg is actually from smegma, nad I've also heard that the creators have denied that. But it makes a lot of sense to me.

We have them over here - it's not just fridges; they have dishwashers and other stuff too. I tried to ingratiatingly-cute-look my way into getting the boyfriend to agree to get one. No such luck!

I've heard they're really excellent fridges. I love the latch design, and would be all over a great fridge that looked like that. They are fecking expensive, though!

Yeah, true dat. The dishwasher wasn't that bad though. I think he refused out of principle. :p

OH SNAP! I want that fridge!!!

Personally, I'd be happy to have just *something* of that brand. :-)

They do know. There was even a question about it in that Quiz Thingy the RD crew did. :D

That pink one is adorable but they are kidding! Almost 1.120 pounds for a fridge?!?!?!?! O___o

I had no idea companylike that existed until I watched the show. Apparently, they are older than RD :P

So, the fact it's Haroods allows them to demand 1.120 for a FRIDGE?!?!?! I could pay 1.120 for a fridge... 1.120 złoty!!! < / rant>

There was a SMEG related store down at Ladbroke Grove in London which I saw whenever I went shopping. A nice beautiful Union Jack one. I wanted it but was too skint and couldn't work out where I would put it in my bedsit ;)

Harrods? Harrods scare me.

Oh, wow. If it weren't for the insane price of the thing, I'd want the striped one! :D There's something awesome about fridges that aren't boring white, steel or black. Seriously. That's a really stylin' fridge.

I want that stripey fridge, but dammit I am poor and it is expensive!

Curse you Harrods! Foiled again!
