IMO, worth 50 cents. ;) Larry Niven is an excellent hard science fiction writer, and this fic does some interesting things with the idea of parallel dimensions and the implications of traveling between. Rob and Doug are a little cavalier, and you get some internal contradictions, so I find it interesting to read other takes.
