What does a ficathon entail?

A ficathon is basically when a load of people get together and write stories for one another based on the prompts they give (and often not knowing who they're writing for) and all post them on a given day. The most-often used format is when people sign up saying what they're willing to write and what they'd like to receive in return, and the ficathon organizers assign the prompts to the authors accordingly.

How will it be organized? Will you set up a website or will it be an LJ group?

I wouldn't mind writing as long as the final peice can be flash-fiction length.
