I personally would love to re-read some of the stories I downloaded back in the day, pasted into one long document, and tranferred it by floppy to my really old, non-internet-connected laptop, so I could read it in bed.

I have some feedback for those authors that has been a long time coming! :D

I did that too! Well, floppy to my desktop, anyway. Lots and lots of right-click save-as HTML and txt files... I still have a ton of them!

Aaah, happy days.

It was so hard to find enough of it though, so in the end I had to start writing myself. Can't say I've regretted that!
