I'd hit Chris Barrie just on general principle, yes. He's been hot ever since his season-one duckie lips, and has only gotten better.

I don't know if they're still around, but there was an online cult devoted to Chris Barrie's sex-godliness. I believe they were called the Carrotists? (Old school people, help me out here!) based on a line that Chris' character in an episode of Black Adder said, about being hung like a baby carrot.

I'm kinda young for the fandom, I'm 16 so i wasn't even born when it started but I got into it at the age of 7 and I've never looked back lol.

But only in the last few years have a realised what a gorgeous specimin of man Chris Barrie truly is. :):)

Awesome, you were there in the Dwarfs golden age! unfortunatly none of my friends have any idea what I'm on about, and at one point i got called a nerd at school cos i was reading my red dwarf book lol, then I made them watch an episode in Religious studies and they giggled a bit at the dirty jokes but then they said it was rubbish. They have no taste. But none of my friends appreciate the beauty of Mr Barrie, which means I can keep him to myself ;) Lol.

I feel I have to butt in given I was indeed a carrotist - and a baby one at that! I was 15 when I got on the internet all those years ago and found I wasn't quite so alone in being a Barrie fancier ;)

I can also suggest the Mauve Alert group on Facebook but only in a bit of shameless self promotion as it's a weaker alternative for my old Barrie fansite.

i second that! Im nearly 18 and i used to watch it when i was younger but i never really got it but recently since the new mini series ive gotten into it and chris, especially in the earlier series is quite the handsome man!!
