I loved the last episode! Some of it reminded me of the novel Better Than Life, and I'm not sure if making it a despair squid (or joy squid) was really clever or really lazy. (you were right about that though!)
But it was funny. I was howling with laughter at Rimmer and the corner of the desk!
I do feel sad for Lister. Seems like whenever he gets a little taste of happiness it gets snatched away again. But at least they're real and they all survived. And Rimsy can look after Lister for us anyway...

I agree, it was well done and funny.

I'm still depressed over poor Lister's plight, though. The guy just can't get a break. I mean...it sounds like he was close to falling apart once already. His optimism can't keep him going forever...can it?

I'll just have to write slash that fixes the problem, eh?
