new red dwarf community
My apple-ogies if this isn't allowed, but nothing in the rules on the profile page expressly forbid it so...

Dunno if anyone else here is using Dreamwidth these days, but I've started a Red Dwarf community over there for any Livejournal ex-pats who might wish to join in.

Modly types: if I've overstepped myself in this little advertisement, please let me know and I'll take it down immediately.

It's also the result of some former livejournal moderators who got ticked off at how 6apart was running things and took their toys to go find a new sandbox, thus Dreamwidth. They've made a lot of changes to how friends lists and pages work and a few other things that make a lot of sense and are kind of cool.
If you have a pal who can give you a creation code or don't mind buying an account for a few bucks, it's not a bad place at all, just a lot smaller than livejournal (which isn't necessarily bad) and completely advertisment-free.
