Looks like Chris Barrie has updated his website.

Not only are there some rather cute pics from his very early days, but there's some videos too - one of the short film he was in called 'The Optician' where he's very Rimmer-like in a lot of ways, definitely worth a watch.

The other is of outtakes from his 'Machines' series, which I know for a fact that veronica_rich and cheezdanish would love to see!

Hey, I went to his site and checked out the "Early" gallery - I couldn't find Chris, but I DID find Flock of Seagulls and long-lost Vanilla Ice. ;-)

So I watched the outtakes and the little short movie. It was adorable (and very older-Rimmer, yes)! The voiceover was an interesting device - or should I say, voiceoverS. Made my head spin ...

I quite liked it - the way his head was full of chatter but he only offers a handful of spoken dialogue in the whole 15 minutes. (Ha - spot the Film graduate).

Not having a paid account myself, I thought it was me being thick that I couldn't find the edit feature!!
