This fic's like a cracky dream - I mean that in a good way. I was confused because I thought it was Low Rimmer at first, but once I realised what was going on it made sense. Of course Lister would refuse to play along with Rimmer's fantasy in public, no matter what he'd do in private. ;)

I loved Cat admiring Frank's shoes and Frank's baffled contempt for the whole crew - again, totally in character. :)

You're quite welcome! I've had this little mash-up idea brewing for a while and when I got the notification that your birthday was coming up, I figured it was the perfect time to cobble it together. :)

That's exactly what I hoped people would think about Rimmer at the start, so yay! I'm glad it came across that way. I wanted it to be a bit of a surprise that it wasn't actually Low Rimmer.
