Audience Tickets For Series XI and XII

On the off chance that anyone who wants to know about this hasn't already heard about it, TOS updated today with details of how to register your interest in audience tickets.

It's much fairer than last time as you have a fortnight to register and there will then be a draw, rather than first-come first-served.  Tickets are also free if anyone wasn't aware.

Personally, if I'm lucky enough to get through I think I'll request a Series XI date.  Imagine how the audience for the last show of XII are going to feel, having to keep their mouths shut for 18 months to 2 years about what happens? :p

It can be done, of course.  I kept quiet about "Trojan" until broadcast.  But why make things hard for myself? :)

Obviously if there are only XII tickets available, I'll grab one with both hands. ;)

I almost want to apply and hope for a miracle. I assume they'll give away the tickets of people who suddenly can't make it, like last time?

Yes, according to this extract from their RD page:

Successful ballot applicants will be selected at random and will receive a secret link to book tickets for the dates listed above (maximum 4 tickets per applicant). These e-mails will be sent out the week beginning 28th September 2015. We cannot reply to unsuccessful applicants but will continue to maintain the ballot and reallocate returns/cancelled tickets up until the final recording in March 2016. Admittance is for those aged 16 and over only.

Please note that having a Premium Membership will not affect an applicant's ballot chances. There will be no priority tickets for the show as it will not be overbooked. Anyone who has purchased a Premium Membership of our site with the intention of applying for Red Dwarf tickets can request a full refund.

Well, I did it, because why not? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Now I just have to convince my parents that they should take us to England this winter in lieu of us visiting them.

It is an amazing experience. And for those worried about embarrassing themselves in front of the cast, it's really not an issue as you don't actually meet them, you just see them performing. Danny posed for a few pics afterwards but that was it. :)
