Finally finishing one of my arcs (maybe) - the one with Lone, Aftermath, and Tenacity (links within). Spoilers through Tikka To Ride. Concrit always welcomed.

I did want to toss up my own thoughts on some unanswered bits from canon:
-Why they didn't pop back into deep sleep when it became obvious that they couldn't head Red Dwarf off at the pass.
-Why Lister neatened up so much between VI and VII.
-What happened to the time-drive after Tikka.

I'm shocked you forgot =P It is, after all, one of the greater conundums of the Red Dwarf Universe.
Lister fathers self, Lister has sex with self, Lister has twins.
o_O I can't even begin to imagine what relationship that gives them all. Specially if we assume female Lister runs through the same senerio.
