Q about Back to Earth DVDs
For those of you who've seen both the regular release and the director's cut, which is better? Since I vid, I'd think that all the scenes I could get would be best and am leaning toward getting the original release, but if the director's cut is better, I'd rather get that. Is the only difference that some of the lines were cut, specifically about it being a 3-parter and Rimmer hating those? Or were there more changes?

Doug commentates on the Director's Cut and the actors on the 3-part version. There are also lots of lovely extras. :)

Director's Cut wins! Sadly, I have to wait to buy it because sis & I went on a last-minute (it better be last) shopping spree. Now I have more presents to wrap, and I was down to one! *boo*

BTW, Barnes & Noble is having a 50% off sale on BTE (along with a huge pile of British shows); I can afford $12! Yippee!
