Concrit always appreciated; even more so, if possible, when I write Lister. I had to - Rimmer isn't talking to me right now. :p

Rereading it, I can see some influence of Kahvi's Why, too.

Great Cat. And great Cat-nicknames; I always find those hard to make up. :)

Lister's thoughts throughout: Excellent. I particularly liked the curiositiy tinged with disgust, and his confusion as to how those emotions fitted together.

A cat with a barbed penis, no less! :p I didn't put it in the fic, but I thought about it - the Cat releasing some kind of pheremones that would make a potential partner more laid-back and receptive (yes, I know Rimmer's a hologram - if he can be affected by the despair squid ink, he can be affected by Cat-pheremones, dammit). That would also account for the goofy grin...

Yeah, I have to think about that. I think even the boys were running out of nicknames for Kryten's head by the end of VI! I'm surprised they never went to Fullerene or Buckyballs, though.
