How the hell did you manage to make the image of Rimmer naked scary? The mind boggles!

The dream scene was fantastic. I could tell it was a dream almost from the very begining and I think it made it even more disturbing somehow. And there was wonderful Cat.

Well, VII and VIII are different animals from the rest of RD. Rob Grant definitely brought a lot to the show, and I missed his touch. But Messers Barrie and Charles suddenly started getting along with each other, and it's just lovely to watch them work together, especially in VIII.

Ah geez...

Where to begin? Someone needs to have a serious chat with Lister's subconscious. Poor guy. There's so many conflicting emotions for him to deal with in this fic.

He really does need Rimmer around to keep him sane, doesn't he?

Yeah, a lot of what happened in VI/VII did seem... lingeringly disturbing. You know you're not doing so well when it's up to Rimmer to keep you sane, after all. :)

Chilling, very chilling stuff. But good, as always. I love how accurately this manages to portray how dreams feel like - or at least that's how they feel like to me. Goodness.

Great sword details, cobos would approve. He's always going on about how swords are heavy, and that people need to keep that in mind.

*grins knowingly* Clever.

"Dave?" he asked, his voice small.
This just says so much about Lister. This whole sequence.

Lister hacked at the light bee with his sword until it split open, sparking, because damn it, Rimmer would never learn...

Well, that's how vivid nightmares are for me. Especially that bit at the end where you're trying to figure out if it was real or not. Why can't good dreams be that real? :p
