How much more material is there in the 2013 edition compared to the 1994 edition? I have the 1994 but am having trouble finding a copy of the 2013 in Australia without going through Amazon.

Going purely by my ebook version: The 1994 edition ends 58% into the new edition, so unless I did the calculations wrong, that means a 72% increase in content. I think the reason the book didn't double in size is that the Series X chapter was a little rushed (and of course there was less to write about BTE because it's short).

You can spend like 5 pounds on Audioboom (Audioboo?) and hear Robert read the whole thing on his "channel" too.

/has a signed copy of the 2013 edition, carried 5,000 miles back over the ocean :-P

I may have to get the Kindle version because then I can read it on my PC, since it sounds like there's a fair chunk of new material. I'd rather buy a physical copy though to go with all my other Bobby books!

Personally I'd go for the e-book route. Although it's great that it covers the story to include series X, his style has changed a lot and felt a tad more rushed in places. But that's just my opinion :)
