What Arianwen said is correct, but do you have the right program for it? I use Easy Gif Animator, which I got from www.download.com. It's a pretty damn handy site, the file isn't too big either, mine's about 1 mB.

That's a great icon! I love "Blue," it's one of the best RD eps ever.
