It just so happens I can answer this question because I am sad and pathetic and have no life doggedly determined and have leet tracking skills. I ganked it off someone who had no idea where it came from as well, and so I tracked down the original post where it was offered, here (http://community.livejournal.com/reddwarficons/14649.html). It is indeed by dracothelizard and it rocks verily. :)
