Concrit always appreciated, especially in this one for voice and pacing. I find it so much easier to write Rimmer as smug bastard/git, and I'm never quite sure how to evolve his voice as Ace.

I did discover this journal fairly recently, may not be up to all you have had here. Firstly I have to say I have greatly enjoyed all the fics recently and my OTP since starting to see this series has been Rimmer/Lister, just so obvious, isn't it? Anyway, I am enjoying my way through the DVDs and watching the documentary on Season 5 was great fun.
The first episodes have this certain outburst of Shirtless!Rimmer. In the documentary this is getting a lot of attention from the other actors, particularly Robert and Craig has some interesting comments. For those of you who haven't seen this, I have the clip here (you need the latest version of RealPlayer and it is almost 5 MB):

So, shopping today i'm boredly waiting at the checkout, flicking through the TV guide and figuring out what to write next on a Red Dwarf fik i'm writing when the horoscopes catch my eye and, for amusments sake, I read mine. Then I started laughing.

Rofl. It's good to have the stars assuring me my Red Dwarf fik is a good one and that i'm doing well with it; though it's a little disturbing that God may be reading over my shoulder and giving me a review through my TV Guide. =P
