I found a link to this survey on TOS. You can vote for Best Actor, Costumes, Effects etc. There doesn't seem to be an option to view overall results, but it's a fun way to fill a few minutes.
There is a tenuous slash connection - guess which couple are nominated for Best Kiss? ;)
Edit: I can't get the link to work, so I've added the link to the thread instead. Probably a safeguard to stop the same person voting multiple times.

I couldn't help myself on the hair/ Makeup bit. I had to Vote for Kryten. It's really fricking cool how they do that.
