how to watch red dwarf here in the states on dave

I remember reading here that someone had a converter box or something that could get dave tv here in the states. Could someone tell me how to get it? I don't want to miss it as I can't get PBS here.

is there even any plans to air it in the states (including pbs and bbc america??). i was going to ask this myself.
there is something you can do... expatshield.com. apparently it's for British citizens who are outside the UK who want to view online content (like dave tv's website) but can't because of the British laws. you click a box saying you are a British citizen and boom, content is yours.

Apparently PBS is supposed to show it.
