I'm guessing most of you by now will be aware of the mini-storm created by Mr Charles on Twitter this week by suggesting that a date may have been set for the new series (as well as mentioning some other sci-fi-ish show that's apparently quite popular...can't quite remember what it could be...).  There's been no 'official' response from anyone as far as I can tell to either confirm or deny this, so hard to tell if this is an example of Craig teasing the fans, or letting the cat out of the bag early.  He has a history of both :-)

It wasn't actually a comment that he made on his twitter feed, it was something he said in an interview that is now being feverishly retweeted. If you search either google or twitter you should find it. Basically, it's a very short piece where he says that although he'd love to be the next Doctor, he doesn't think he could do it even if they asked because he'll be busy with new Dwarf.
