I've posted the first two chapters, which you should be able to read in one go here. These are really short, I know, but I needed to break up the 'days' of the story so you could tell some time had passed. I'll be posting the rest later today.

Aw, thank you. In the back of my mind, Lister MADE a way to get Rimmer back, using his engineering skills. He didn't wait for Earth or another scientific space station. That's why it took so long. And then the two of them (with Kryten) can get back to Earth and spend the rest of time flying around on cockroaches and building that farm on Fiji, assuming they can find Fiji.

I always feel sorry for Cat, because we pair Lister with Rimmer, Kryten's already lived 3 million years (give or take a few, unless he happened to leave earth 2.9999 million years ago) and looks to go another 3 mil...but poor Cat doesn't have anyone. Anyway, I don't think Cat would have had the scan done to make a personality disk.
