Phew. *Huge sigh of relief* :) Although of course there's still a lot to be resolved, especially relationship wise.

I agree with RoseCathy about Howard. I mean, he's clearly a bit of an arsehole, but perhaps not a total one. It's just more interesting than all three of Rimmer's brothers being complete bastards and that's it. Also, his complete lack of shame about what he does for a living is refreshing. :)

Yeah, I kind of felt they were trying to paint him that way in Trojan. He's an arse but he's not totally irredeemable. They all shared the same hideous parents and upbringing, although Rimmer suffered the most, and I wanted to show that he has an awareness of that.
