Tenacity. A direct continuation of Aftermath (link in the fic). Why? Because I'm frustrated, and misery loves company.
No wonder he was having trouble sleeping.
Concrit always appreciated.

I like that. Very poetic.
Lister fell forward once he finished speaking, resting his head on Rimmer's chest and sighing.
So cute!
trusting to his soft-light drive's boundary-sense algorithm to keep him seated./i>
Science!
Lister and the heaving bosoms. *siiiiiggghhhhhh*
It was not his nature to know what he wanted. It was his nature to be told what he wanted, and then to fail to achieve it.
Yeah, that's our Arn. And the thing is, he KNOWS that's how it works. *inner Lister shakes his head at him*
Ngh! *tries to find some way to push him out of there and after Lister*
Loved. :)

Date: 2006-05-12 02:21 am (UTC)I've been writing a lot of drunk characters lately... *ponders* :p
This fic was built around that glow - I was thinking that if a hologram is just a projection of light, it might shed a bit of it...
Nah, I don't think Lister will give up. The title refers to him. ;)
Oh, ja, I'll pull Startreky babble out of my butt with the best of them.
Ach, don't worry - it's not like Lister can go very far! They have time.
I have Thoughts about this one, leading up to my continual angstfest, Stoke Me A Clipper - but we'll see if the boys go that way.

Mwahahaha! So very VERY Lister-like :D
Great job, this was so tender in a way. So... calm. I loved it

Date: 2006-05-12 07:48 pm (UTC)Aww, thanks! Well, that's one of the things I discovered about writing TR as an established relationship - things smooth out, for lack of a better word, and hit a more... daily-life-like pace. There's something to be said for boffo crazy emotional first-time, and I love writing those, but there's a delight to established, too.

Date: 2006-05-12 07:44 pm (UTC)Yes, I'm planning on it. I still fear that it will end up going to unhappy places in SMAC, though. :(

Date: 2006-05-16 03:52 pm (UTC)SMAC = Stoke Me A Clipper, source of 60% of all angst I pull out of Red Dwarf. (Sound like a good figure? I made it up.)
