smaych asked me to write a drabble. So I did. Drabbles are 100 words exactly. I don't hold with these new-fangled definitions. *shakes cane at young people today* Also, cats can totally close their ears.

They hide things. Idiots. Like I'd notice a stray sock, or porn left in the VCR, or that pointy, oblong thing I don't even want to know about sticking out from under a pillow. They don't get it! I'm not looking; I'm not listening - I don't want to know - but I'm a Cat.

I can close my ears and eyes; curl up into the safe, dark, tight places, but I can't close my nose. That thing they do; it's everywhere, stinking up the ship.

They hide things anyway, looking at me nervously while reeking of sex. Stupid monkeys.
