Hopefully I can be excused on the grounds that my brain has turned to Christmas stress related mush, but I think it's just about relevant to this comm. :p

Would you say the Boyz are more attractive in their days of extreme cuteness (Series 2 era especially) or in their more mature stage circa Series VII?  I simply cannot decide.

Feel free to back up your arguments with pics. ;)

I thought it made everyone who wore it look deceptively thick, particularly Chris. I think I even like the ridiculous lilac jump-suit more, because at least that was slightly humorous. :) I might be alone in this though, because I've heard lots of people like the Canaries uniform.

The uniform does look thick and heavy; I figured Howard did that because it's almost like they're SEALS going first into dangerous situations and would need something warm in case they get soaked, and also that looks like it's lined with Kevlar. It's the neckline that creates the most illusion of making Chris look fat, I think - it pushes his chin up. Plus in Series 8, he's getting that more square face anyway, that I've noticed seems to come to British men particularly in their 30s or 40s (Orlando Bloom is another notable example of this), and I think that may be what made him look "thick" in the entire series and why people were surprised when he was naked and not any bigger.

Which is not how that last bit was meant to sound, really .........
